I use Sourcetree for Windows in combination with WSL 2 for web coding.

When I create a fresh clone from Github on WSL, and add the clone to Sourcetree using `wsl$Ubuntu-20.01pathtomycode`, sometimes 1-2 files that are marked as changed.

  • Vscode, however does not see any changes
  • When I discard the changes in Sourcetree, it remains being marked as changed.
Vscode however does see a change now. The change is that the execute permission has been removed from the file.
